Stormy the rain cloud called that day. He said "Show me your sunshine. Come out and play". Today I can't join you, but why don't you stay. Turn off the daylight, make it pour down today.

It started raining, the light started to fade. Then I saw a rainbow the sun must have made. But Stormy took over, the sun was afraid. The sky was now darker, the sun had decayed.

And it's mine, all mine. And I'm trying to pass the time. Everything's fine, just fine. I'm just trying to pass the time.

It's raining, it's pouring. I'm inspired today. With thunder and lightening everyone went away. But Stormy and I, we're different that way. When seasons are changing, I have so much to say.

You never tried to see through my silver silhouette. And you always end up with what you get. Stop to start the show and shoot the breeze but let it blow. And I could teach you how to fly...

The truth is I never meant to leave but I felt that I had to.
